Responsibilities
Obtaining documentation related to injured parties such as medical records, bills, & wage information
Draft correspondence including Motions and Claim Petitions
Assist and potentially attend attorneys client meetings
Extensive contact with clients, attorneys, insurance carriers, courts and medical providers
Preparing documents and correspondence to be sent to clients, insurance carriers, courts and doctors offices
Scheduling client appointments, court appearances and other discovery and medical expert consultations
Qualification
Required
Must be at least 3 to 5 years-experience in New Jersey Workers Compensation
Fluency in Spanish or Korean in addition to English
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to prioritize tasks based on importance
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision
Ability to respond effectively to changing priorities and adapt quickly to meet the needs of the firm
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and able to learn new programs quickly
