Enterprise Account Executive
SG Talent is partnering with a high-growth SaaS platform company that helps enterprise organizations streamline how they deliver and manage complex technology environments. The Enterprise Account Executive will own the full sales cycle, drive new business, and expand existing relationships through a consultative, value-based sales approach.

Responsibilities
Own and execute a regional enterprise sales strategy, including new logo acquisition and account expansion
Build and maintain strong relationships with technical and executive stakeholders
Lead discovery conversations to understand customer priorities, initiatives, and business challenges
Develop and present clear, value-led business cases aligned to customer goals
Partner closely with internal teams (solutions, partnerships, customer success) to drive successful outcomes
Engage with external partners and ecosystem stakeholders as part of the sales process
Proactively generate pipeline through outbound prospecting and account planning
Manage accounts, pipeline, and forecasts in CRM
Consistently exceed revenue targets while maintaining strong customer relationships
Participate in ongoing sales and product enablement to deepen solution knowledge
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience selling technical SaaS, enterprise software, or IT solutions
Proven hunter mentality with experience building pipeline independently
Comfortable selling into complex enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders
Ability to engage both technical teams and senior decision-makers
Strong communication skills and a consultative selling style
Thrives in a fast-growing, scale-up environment and enjoys building alongside the business
