Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education
Active Special Education Teacher license
Minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience
Preferred
Valid Special Education Teacher certification
Experience working with high-needs elementary students
Strong understanding of special education laws, IEP development, and behavior management techniques
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Excellent communication skills for interaction with students, staff, and families
