Responsibilities
Administer radiation therapy treatments operating linear accelerators
Manage daily patient caseload of 25-40 individuals with precision and care
Utilize Aria and Vision RT charting systems for accurate treatment documentation
Maintain compliance with safety protocols, including proper use of radiation badges
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective therapy delivery
Adapt to occasional schedule changes under special circumstances such as inclement weather
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification)
Minimum 1+ years Radiation Therapy experience
Valid BLS certification
Valid ARRT(R) certification
Valid SCRQSA certification
Proficient in operating linear accelerators
Experienced with CT/SIM procedures
Ability to work within facility's case management and scheduling protocols
Radiation badge must be provided by agency; facility does not supply badges to travelers
First-time therapists are not accepted
Preferred
2+ years clinical experience as a Radiation Therapist
