Responsibilities

Monitor patients on telemetry, accurately assessing and documenting their condition
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Assume expanded responsibilities which may include charge nurse duties, mentoring new staff as a preceptor, and committee involvement
Maintain compliance with regulatory and institutional policies
Qualification
Required
Nursing degree
Active registered nurse (RN) license
Minimum 1+ years RN experience
Valid New York RN License
Minimum two years of nursing experience
Telemetry experience mandatory
Current BLS certification (AHA)
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a clinical team
Excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills
