Responsibilities

Manage and optimize CRM platforms including email, SMS, and customer data integrations to ensure seamless communication and personalization: In this role, you will oversee the configuration and performance of CRM systems, ensuring that email and SMS campaigns are effectively reaching the right audiences at the right time. By integrating customer data across platforms, you’ll enable personalized experiences that drive engagement and loyalty. Your work will ensure that communications are not only automated and scalable but also tailored to individual customer journeys
Analyze performance marketing metrics using tools like Google Analytics, paid media reports, and acquisition funnels to identify opportunities and improve campaign effectiveness: You will be responsible for monitoring and interpreting key performance indicators across digital marketing channels. Using tools such as Google Analytics and paid media dashboards, you’ll assess the effectiveness of acquisition funnels and identify areas for optimization. Your insights will guide strategic decisions, helping to allocate budget efficiently and improve conversion rates
Deliver dashboards and insights that track key performance indicators such as ROI, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and Lifetime Value (LTV): This role involves building and maintaining dashboards that provide clear visibility into marketing performance. You’ll track metrics like ROI, CAC, and LTV to evaluate the success of campaigns and inform future strategies. Your ability to translate data into actionable insights will be critical in driving sustainable growth and maximizing marketing investments
Execute and automate lifecycle campaigns that enhance customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through targeted messaging and workflows: You will design and implement automated lifecycle campaigns that nurture leads and retain existing customers. By leveraging segmentation and behavioral data, you’ll create targeted messaging that resonates with users at each stage of their journey. These campaigns will be key to increasing engagement, reducing churn, and driving long-term value
Collaborate cross-functionally with brand, creative, and ecommerce teams to develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies: Working closely with internal stakeholders, you’ll ensure that marketing strategies are aligned with brand goals and customer expectations. Your collaboration will help bridge creative vision with analytical rigor, resulting in campaigns that are both visually compelling and performance-oriented. Together, you’ll drive cohesive initiatives that support business objectives across channels
