Responsibilities
Lead and oversee high-value personal injury cases while setting litigation strategy and case direction
Serve as a mentor and leader to associates and junior attorneys
Collaborate with firm leadership on case selection, litigation approach, and growth initiatives
Contribute to a supportive, inclusive, and high-performance culture focused on plaintiff advocacy
Participate in firm-wide leadership opportunities and long-term strategic planning
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience handling plaintiff-side OR Defense-side personal injury matters, including catastrophic injury, wrongful death, premises liability, auto, and complex tort cases
Proven ability to independently manage a full caseload from intake through resolution or trial
Strong litigation skills, including motion practice, depositions, mediations, and trial strategy
Demonstrated leadership, mentorship, and team-building capabilities
Active member of the California Bar in good standing
