Responsibilities
Define program goals, outcomes, and long-term vision in alignment with CTG’s mission
Act as the primary liaison with funders, government agencies, and corporate partners
Oversee the $60,000 allocated budget (at 50% FTE) and ensure compliant reporting of all program expenditures
Supervise the Program Coordinator and provide mentorship to ensure high-quality service delivery
Review and approve all quarterly and annual performance reports for stakeholders
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in workforce development, non-profit management, or public policy
Proven track record of managing grant-funded programs and high-level budgets
