Assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders in school-aged children
Developing individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
Collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals to implement effective treatment strategies
Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of student progress and therapy sessions
Participating in team meetings and contributing to school-wide initiatives to support student success

Required

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
active SLP license
1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience
Valid Rhode Island Speech-Language Pathologist license
Knowledge of current school-based speech pathology practices and pediatric healthcare

Preferred

Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
Experience working with pediatric populations and school-based practice strongly desired
Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or eligibility to fulfill CFY requirements
