Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams

Monitor and document student progress, adjusting teaching strategies as necessary
Provide support and counseling to students to promote academic and social development
Communicate regularly with parents, staff, and related service providers regarding student performance and concerns
Maintain a classroom environment that encourages positive behavior and learning
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education
active Special Education Teacher license
minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience
Preferred
Valid teaching certification in Special Education
Experience working with students with diverse learning needs and disabilities
Strong knowledge of state and federal special education regulations
Ability to design and implement differentiated instruction
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
