Responsibilities
需求洞察与拆解：联动各区域业务负责人、HR团队，开展结构化需求调研，精准捕捉业务痛点；深挖业务挑战背后的核心能力缺口，输出清晰可落地的人才发展需求清单；对齐业务优先级，将战略目标拆解为阶段性人才发展任务；
定制化方案设计：打造定制化人才发展解决方案（含工作坊、成长路径、工具包、学习框架等）；融入数据洞察与产品思维，确保方案兼具针对性与实用性；推动全球方案标准化落地，同时支持区域化灵活适配；
全周期项目管理：统筹跨区域、跨时区项目执行，制定清晰里程碑与交付标准；协调内外部相关方，确保资源到位、协作顺畅；建立项目迭代机制，基于数据反馈持续优化方案效果；独立负责项目交付，保障高质量成果输出；
据驱动效果评估：搭建培训效果量化评估体系，整合参与度、学习行为、绩效变化等多维度数据；形成数据驱动的优化闭环，确保培训切实提升组织能力、支撑业务目标；输出可视化分析报告，为人才战略调整提供决策依据；
跨部门协同赋能：与全球电商管理层、HR及各职能部门建立紧密协作关系；发挥专业影响力，推动人才发展理念落地，提升组织学习氛围。
Customer Needs & Insights: Conduct structured needs analysis with business leaders and HR across markets; Identify real capability gaps behind business challenges; Translate business priorities into clear talent development requirements
Solution Design & Development (Tailor-made): Design customized talent development solutions (e.g., workshops, pathways, tools, frameworks, content); Integrate data, insights and product thinking into solution design; Ensure solutions are scalable, repeatable, and aligned globally
Program Ownership & Execution: Lead end-to-end project management across regions and time zones; Manage multiple stakeholders and ensure alignment across global teams; Continuously iterate and improve programs through data insights and stakeholder feedback; Deliver high-quality solutions, with minimal supervision
Data & Learning Effectiveness (Training Impact Analytics): Use learning data and performance metrics (e.g., participation analytics, learning behavior data, pre/post assessments, feedback scores) to generate insights and measure training effectiveness; Build data-informed learning improvement loops, ensuring training solutions enhance capability and business outcomes; Translate data into clear stories and reports that inform stakeholders and guide decision-making for talent development initiatives
Collaboration & Influence: Work closely with Global E-Commerce leadership, HR, and functional teams; Maintain clear communication, structured thinking, and strong follow-through
Qualification
Required
5年以上HR学习与人才发展方向工作经验，熟悉快节奏、动态化业务环境
深耕学习与人才发展领域，具备搭建人才项目的全流程经验，擅长课程设计、培训实施、工具开发等核心技能
具备数据思维，能熟练运用数据工具分析项目效果，为决策提供支撑
优秀的沟通协调、业务伙伴支持能力，能高效推动跨部门、跨区域协作
韧性强，能从容应对不确定性，具备强责任心与结果导向意识，确保工作高效落地
5+ years of experience in HR Learning & Development, with proven ability to succeed in dynamic environments
Solid background in Learning & Development, with strong end-to-end project ownership across design, development, delivery, and iteration of talent programs
Strong capability in content development and facilitation, including workshops, learning pathways, toolkits, and training materials
Ability to leverage learning data and performance metrics to generate insights, evaluate program effectiveness, and support decision-making
Excellent communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with global and cross-functional teams
Reliable, and comfortable operating in ambiguity, demonstrating strong ownership, follow-through, and high-quality execution
Preferred
有学习解决方案产品化经验者优先
with experience productizing learning or talent solutions, and managing tools, frameworks, templates, and scalable modules
