Perform testing and analysis across multiple laboratory disciplines including Hematology, Coagulation, Urinalysis, Blood Bank Serology, and Chemistry
Maintain accurate and timely documentation according to protocol
Support blood bank operations with a focus on patient safety
Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure high-quality diagnostic outcomes
Adhere to established laboratory policies and maintain compliance with regulatory standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Medical Technology, Clinical Lab Science, or related field
National certification (ASCP, AMT, or equivalent)
1–2+ years recent hospital lab experience
Medical Technologist with a strong generalist skill set
Expertise in Hematology, Coagulation, Urinalysis, Blood Bank Serology, and Chemistry
Current MT/MLS ASCP certification
At least one year of relevant experience
Specific proficiency in Blood Bank
Preferred
Experience with electronic medical records
