Responsibilities
Drive new business development with top retailers and CPG companies
Cold call and prospect to build a robust sales pipeline
Manage acquired accounts and ensure ongoing client satisfaction
Collaborate with account service and success teams to deliver on client programs
Conduct weekly or biweekly meetings with clients to review performance and opportunities
Focus on upselling and growing existing accounts by targeted annual growth rates
Participate in trade shows and marketing initiatives to generate leads
Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics within set ramp-up periods
Qualification
Required
Must reside in the Dallas, TX market to apply
3-5+ years of experience in outside sales within the CPG industry or as a retailer (buyer, category manager, or sales representative)
Proven ability to build and grow a sales pipeline from cold outreach to closing
Strong understanding of retail operations and buyer relationships
Comfortable making frequent cold calls and managing high-value accounts
Early to mid-career professionals seeking high earning potential
Preferred
BA degree preferred but not required
