Position patients and set appropriate exposure factors to ensure high-quality imaging
Adhere to radiation safety protocols to minimize patient exposure
Operate imaging equipment efficiently and report malfunctions promptly
Process films and input patient data accurately into the Radiology Information System for documentation and billing
Follow departmental procedures and policies rigorously
Qualification
Required
Degree in Radiologic Technology
Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification)
Minimum 1+ years Radiology Tech experience
Current New York State license or registration as a Radiologic Technologist
Ability to pass a pre-employment health clearance successfully
Preferred
A.A.S. in Radiologic Technology or equivalent
