Responsibilities
Provide nursing care for patients undergoing procedures such as angiograms, peripheral revascularization, and various catheter placements
Manage pre- and post-procedure care including for renal, liver, and lung biopsies
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
Support emergency interventions and trauma-level care as needed
Maintain accurate documentation using Cerner and McKesson electronic medical records systems
Adhere to infection control and hospital safety protocols rigorously
Qualification
Required
Nursing degree
Active registered nurse (RN) license
Minimum 1+ years RN experience
Active RN license with demonstrable experience in Interventional Radiology nursing
Ability to care for patients across adolescent to geriatric age groups
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Must have COVID-19 vaccinations completed and proof uploaded with profile
Preferred
Familiarity with trauma level I care protocols
