Office Operations & People Manager

The Office Operations & People Manager will oversee internal operations, people development, HR support, scheduling, recruiting, and training across departments, while also leading the implementation of the Odoo ERP system.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop staff across all departments
Set standards through punctuality, professionalism, and strong work ethic
Promote ACG values: honesty, trustworthiness, loyalty
Full-cycle recruiting: screening, interviewing, hiring
Build structured onboarding and training programs
Develop SOPs, checklists, training materials, and performance tracking systems
Support HR functions such as documentation, compliance awareness, personnel files, and policy alignment
Handle employee relations with fairness, confidentiality, and professionalism
Oversee office schedules, departmental coordination, and workload planning
Ensure full operational readiness daily—office, systems, people
Support accountability and follow-through on all tasks and assignments
Lead Odoo ERP implementation, updates, and optimization
Create efficient internal workflows using Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and Power Automate
Build and maintain Excel dashboards, reports, trackers, and project controls
Coordinate short and large-scale projects inside the office
Track progress, deadlines, resources, and KPI performance
Identify bottlenecks and drive solutions

Required

5+ years managing people in a structured environment
Proven experience implementing or optimizing Odoo ERP or similar systems
Strong Microsoft 365 skills; advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups, clean data, reporting)
Highly organized, task‑oriented, and process‑driven
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Must lead by example: punctual, consistent, reliable
