Provide direct patient care to individuals in emergency situations, performing assessments, interventions, and monitoring
Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to create and implement care plans
Manage patient flow effectively in the ER to ensure timely treatment
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
Respond promptly to emergency situations with calm and proficient clinical judgment
Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and follow-up care
Qualification
Required
Nursing degree
Active registered nurse (RN) license
Minimum 1+ years RN experience
Valid Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license required at the time of application
Proven experience in Emergency Room nursing
Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and ethical standards
