ezHIRE is a well-established Miami-based logistics organization seeking a Director of Sales & Business Development to support continued growth. This hands-on leadership role involves generating new revenue and expanding customer relationships across various logistics services.

Responsibilities
Drive new business development and close new revenue opportunities
Lead solution-based sales efforts, including rail-focused services
Lead contract and commercial agreement negotiations
Build and maintain strong customer and partner relationships
Provide leadership and accountability within the commercial function
Qualification
Required
12+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, rail, or intermodal sales
Proven track record of personally driving revenue
Experience leading sales teams and negotiating commercial agreements
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
U.S.-based candidates only (no sponsorship)

Bachelor's degree preferred
