Serving as the Stages Teacher, focusing on SEL skills and fostering an inclusive classroom environment tailored to meet diverse learning and behavioral needs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education
active Special Education Teacher license
minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience
Valid Special Education Teaching Certification
Experience working with middle school students in special education settings
Knowledge of SEL strategies and ability to implement CBT approaches
Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including BCBAs
Strong skills in creating and managing IEPs and BIPs
Excellent communication and classroom management skills
