They are seeking a Founding Product Marketing & Growth Lead to establish product marketing from the ground up and define positioning and messaging for enterprise buyers across multiple verticals.

Responsibilities

Launch and own product marketing from 0→1
Define positioning and messaging across 4-6 core enterprise verticals
Translate technical product capabilities into clear, enterprise-ready value propositions
Partner closely with Product, Engineering, GTM, and Founders to surface and amplify market signal
Test, launch, and scale growth channels end-to-end—from hypothesis to repeatable performance
Develop and execute product-focused marketing initiatives, including:
Knowledge base and product education
Customer stories and case studies
Industry reports and thought leadership
Own and manage the company website with minimal engineering support
Lead content strategy, execution, and amplification with a focus on first-party signal generation
Play a key role in planning and executing conferences, events, and external brand moments
Maintain a consistently high bar for quality, taste, and attention to detail

Required

5+ years of experience in product marketing, growth, or GTM roles at B2B or enterprise technology companies

Demonstrated ownership over growth experiments and channel development
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High standards for craft, clarity, and execution
Comfortable operating with high autonomy and limited structure
