Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education
active Special Education Teacher license
minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience
Preferred
Valid Special Education teaching certification or credentials relevant to K-2nd grade
Experience working with students with significant cognitive and developmental disabilities
Ability to employ structured teaching methods and adapt curriculum to individual needs
Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset for working with caregivers and staff
