Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to identify students' cognitive, emotional, and behavioral strengths and challenges
Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and intervention strategies
Provide counseling and crisis intervention services to students
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to advocate for student well-being
Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all applicable educational and legal standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology
active School Psychologist license
minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience
Valid Florida Department of Health (DOH) License
Experience working in a school environment with diverse student populations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with students, families, and school personnel
Ability to conduct psychological testing and interpret results to inform educational planning
Familiarity with current educational laws, policies, and best practices related to school psychology
