Provide skilled nursing care in patients homes, following physician orders and agency protocols
Supervise and evaluate Home Health Aides and LPNs/LVNs
Conduct patient assessments and communicate significant changes promptly
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in medical records
Ensure compliance with state-specific regulations and agency policies
Attend periodic office meetings and coordinate services with other healthcare personnel
Utilize computer systems effectively for documentation and communication
Qualification
Required
Nursing degree
active registered nurse (RN) license
minimum 1+ years RN experience
Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse license specific to the state of practice
Minimum 2-3 years of nursing experience
CPR certification
Competence in assessing patient status across age groups
Proficiency with computers and online systems
Ability to provide supervision and direction to home care staff as required
Reliable transportation
valid driver's license

Graduation from an accredited nursing program
