Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality nursing care to neonates in the NICU following established protocols
Utilize advanced neonatal assessment and monitoring techniques to evaluate patient progress
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
Perform accurate and timely documentation using EPIC charting system
Respond effectively to emergencies in compliance with BLS, PALS, and NRP guidelines
Qualification
Required
Nursing degree
Active registered nurse (RN) license
Minimum 1+ years RN experience
Active and clear RN license
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a NICU setting
Current certifications in BLS (Basic Life Support), PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support), and NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
Proficiency in EPIC electronic medical records
Excellent communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
