Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive nursing care to neonates in the NICU, ensuring all treatments comply with medical protocols and family-centered care principles
Utilize EPIC charting software to accurately document patient information and maintain up-to-date medical records
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, respiratory therapists, and social workers to optimize patient outcomes
Maintain strict adherence to BLS, PALS, and NRP guidelines to promote safety and quality care
Qualification
Required
Nursing degree
Active registered nurse (RN) license
Minimum 1+ years RN experience
Active and clear RN license
Minimum of 2 years experience as a NICU Registered Nurse
Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
Certification in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
Certification in Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records
Ability to wear any color scrubs as per department dress code
