Responsibilities

Manage and participate in day-to-day operations, enhancements, and projects. This includes understanding business impact and evaluating/recommending technical options
Interact and collaborate with global and local Business Partners as appropriate, to better understand the business and its priorities and represent their requirements within SAP
Partner with the business in assessing and defining requirements and drive the development of cases and system solutions
Identify and ensure delivery of knowledge transfer needs between IT and our business partners
Promote and deliver process improvements to drive business process optimization
Partner and handle third party providers to complete delivery of day-to-day operations, incidents, system enhancements and projects. This includes service level management, resource evaluations, partner concerns of system issues and oversight of the change management processes
Work directly with business to research, solve, and lead resolution for issues
Effectively prioritize and raise issues
Continuously improve the operations of the SAP Supply Chain & Manufacturing team
Responsible for delivering solutions on time, on budget and in a quality and compliant manner

Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Management Information Systems, or related field
2+ years of Development, configuration, and/or support experience in SAP Quality Management Module

Preferred

Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic, evolving environment
Lead and prioritize challenging activities
Translate business requirements into technical terms, and vice versa
Ability to run and collaborate with multiple customer groups
Pharmaceutical, healthcare or other regulated industry experience
