Claims Case Manager
Johnson | Livingston | PLLC is a Plaintiff personal injury firm focused on quality, communication, and preparation. They are seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of Claims Case Manager, responsible for managing case files and maintaining communication with clients and insurance companies.
Responsibilities
Work directly with a legal admin team and supervising attorney
Manage 5-100 case files
Maintain consistent and accurate communication with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers
Review, process, and summarize medical records, employment records, evidence, and client statements
Write demands and settlement brochures
Maintain clean and consistent files in our digital management system
Consistently follow and incorporate internal office systems and procedures
Qualification
Required

Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills
Excellent writing skills

The ability to work in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment
Learning internal office systems and procedures quickly
At least 1 year of personal injury work experience, or at least 2 years of legal experience
Preferred
Bilingual, Spanish speaking
Experience working in Filevine, Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe
