University Partnerships & Growth Manager

The University Partnerships & Growth Manager will be responsible for scaling relationships with universities and driving student adoption through various growth initiatives.

Responsibilities
Build and manage partnerships with universities, colleges, community colleges, and academic institutions
Establish relationships with career services, experiential learning teams, deans, faculty, and early-career offices
Develop partnership programs including: Career center collaborations, Internship & early-career pipelines, Campus ambassador programs, Curriculum-adjacent integrations
Negotiate and manage MOUs, pilot programs, and long-term partnership agreements
Drive student sign-ups, engagement, and retention across partner campuses
Design and execute on-campus and virtual activation strategies (events, workshops, webinars, career fairs)
Launch and scale student ambassador programs
Collaborate with marketing to create campus-specific campaigns, toolkits, and messaging
Track adoption metrics and continuously optimize growth strategies
Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Data teams to align university needs with platform capabilities
Provide structured feedback from universities and students to influence: Product roadmap, Feature prioritization, UX improvements, Support enterprise and employer partnerships tied to early-talent pipelines
Own KPIs such as: Number of active university partnerships, Student registrations and MAUs, Engagement and conversion rates, Campus-level growth performance
Build dashboards and reports to communicate impact to leadership and partners
Use insights to identify expansion opportunities and improve partnership ROI
Represent College2Company at: University conferences, Career fairs, Academic summits, Student and employer events
Act as a trusted advisor to university stakeholders on: Early-career hiring trends, Skill gaps, Career readiness
Contribute to thought leadership content, panels, and workshops
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience in: University relations, Academic partnerships, Campus recruiting, EdTech, HRTech, or SaaS partnerships
Proven success driving student engagement or campus adoption
Strong understanding of: University career services, Early-career hiring ecosystem
Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced startup environment
Preferred
Experience working with: Career centers or higher-education institutions, Early-talent or campus recruiting teams, Student ambassador programs
Data-driven mindset with experience tracking growth KPIs
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
Experience launching pilots and scaling partnerships
