In this role, you will build and operate sophisticated financial models that inform major corporate and investment decisions, supporting complex transactions and delivering actionable insights across diverse sectors.

Responsibilities
Construct, maintain, and enhance integrated 3-statement models, operating models, and 13-week cash flow projections
Lead comprehensive valuation analyses, including DCF with WACC, trading comparables, and precedent transaction reviews
Develop and refine deal models, such as base LBOs, mergers, and accretion/dilution analyses, to evaluate transaction impact
Design industry-specific models, including sale-leaseback, REIT conversion, and NAV frameworks
Support bespoke and complex transactions like RMTs, spin/carve-outs, and IP licensing structures
Conduct specialized due diligence, including unit economics and cohort trend analyses
Communicate model outputs, assumptions, and strategic implications clearly, both in written reports and verbal presentations to senior stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Proven experience at Tier 1 U.S. companies: investment banking, private equity, hedge funds, growth equity, or strategic finance
Expert command of financial modeling, valuation, and deal structuring principles
Hands-on experience with DCF, LBO, M&A, and industry-specific modeling in high-stakes environments
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of distilling complex analyses for diverse audiences
Strong analytical acumen, meticulous data integrity, and robust scenario analysis capabilities
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a high-performance, remote setting
Advanced Excel proficiency and mastery of financial modeling tools
Preferred
Experience supporting Fortune 500, high-growth technology, or buy-side adjacent firms
Background in corporate development, FP&A, or post-PE associate finance roles
Exposure to advanced due diligence or bespoke transaction structuring
