Responsibilities
Build, own, and operate the company's GTM technology stack
Generate and operationalize large-scale third-party signals to power outbound strategies
Maintain and extend the company's data warehouse and internal knowledge engine
Develop in-house agents and tooling for outbound personalization and qualification
Design and execute repeatable outbound systems at scale
Own signal-generation infrastructure, campaign execution, and GTM tooling operations
Identify and leverage creative or non-obvious data sources to gain competitive advantage
Partner closely with Growth, Sales, and Engineering to test, iterate, and scale GTM experiments
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, data engineering, or related roles
Strong technical proficiency with modern data and automation tooling
Experience working with data warehouses, APIs, and outbound or sales tech stacks
Ability to design systems that support scalable experimentation and signal generation
Comfortable operating in early-stage environments with limited structure
Strong problem-solving skills and a bias toward ownership, speed, and iteration
