Business Development Manager
Evntiv is a leading event strategy, design, and production agency based in St. Louis, Missouri, with a national reach. They are seeking a Business Development Manager responsible for generating new business, cultivating client relationships, and bringing innovative event concepts to a broader market.

Responsibilities
Assist in developing and executing strategies to expand Evntiv's client base
Help identify and research new business opportunities and potential clients
Work to cultivate and nurture relationships with key contacts to drive new business
Assist in creating persuasive proposals and presentations for potential clients
Support the sales pipeline by tracking leads, managing client data, and reporting on progress
Work with clients to understand their event goals and help guide them through the planning process
Collaborate with internal creative and production teams to develop innovative event concepts
Help write and design proposals that clearly communicate event details, themes and value
Support the presentation of event strategies to inspire confidence and enthusiasm in clients
Assist in drafting contracts and managing project documentation
Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to event execution
Assist in researching industry trends and competitive insights to inform our sales approach
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years experience in sales, event planning, marketing or a similar role
You are a natural at connecting with people and building trust
You are self-motivated, organized and focused on achieving your goals
You can clearly and confidently present ideas both verbally and in writing
You are resourceful and can handle new challenges with a positive attitude
You have a genuine interest in the event industry and desire to learn and grow
Proven track record in sales
Preferred
Strong understanding of the local landscape in St. Louis
Knowledge of the region's key organizations, businesses, and influential leaders
