Responsibilities
You’ll be one of the first and most consistent touchpoints candidates have with Notion. From scheduling interviews to answering questions and resolving issues, you’ll help ensure every interaction feels organized, respectful, and intentional. You’ll collaborate closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to continually refine our processes—so candidates leave feeling excited about what we’re building, regardless of the outcome
You’ll manage and schedule a high volume of interviews across technical and non-technical roles, balancing speed with attention to detail. You’ll anticipate needs, communicate clearly, and keep candidates and interviewers aligned - making the process feel smooth and predictable, even as things move quickly
This role is designed for someone early in their recruiting career who wants to build durable fundamentals. Over time, you’ll gain exposure to how we plan, execute, and scale hiring at Notion. With support from the team, you may take on light sourcing work, process improvements, or additional ownership as your skills grow - creating a strong foundation for future growth in recruiting, operations, or people-focused roles
Qualification
Required
6–12 months of experience in recruiting coordination or interview scheduling, ideally in a high-volume environment
Experience supporting both technical and non-technical roles, including remote and in-person interview scheduling
Strong organizational and prioritization skills - you're proactive, reliable, and thoughtful about details
A steady, calm approach in fast-moving environments
Clear, kind, and professional communication skills - you'll represent Notion to a large and diverse group of candidates
Preferred
Experience with Ashby and Workday
Experience in a high-growth or startup environment
