Responsibilities
Execute high-quality visual design using brand guidelines across multiple channels
Own projects end-to-end with minimal hand-holding—ask smart questions, manage details, and deliver
Design a large volume of event-related graphics, including:
Print assets
Social posts
Event signage and collateral
Create and maintain presentation design, ebooks, and web landing/page templates
Update and version existing templates efficiently
Prepare print-ready files and QA assets for production
Collaborate with internal creative teams, stakeholders, and central brand partners
Occasionally partner with 3D and motion resources to provide visual guidance (3D experience is a plus)
Qualification
Required
5+ years of visual design experience (in-house or agency)
Strong experience working within established brand guidelines
Expert knowledge of typography
Expert knowledge of layout and visual hierarchy
Detail-oriented design execution
Heavy experience using Figma
Strong presentation design skills
Solid understanding of print production (file setup, prepress, QA)
Experience designing for events, campaigns, and social channels
Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Strong collaborator and team player
Preferred
Experience at a large tech company or enterprise-scale brand
Exposure to or curiosity about AI tools and how they can improve workflows
Experience with 3D, video, or motion design
Experience contributing to or maintaining scalable design systems
