Apply human-centered design to JPO DevSecOps platforms and portals
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interface frameworks
Conduct customer discovery and stakeholder interviews
Improve user adoption through intuitive design and communication strategies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Communications, or related field
5+ years UI/UX design in Agile or DevSecOps environments
Demonstrated experience in customer discovery and prototyping (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.)
Strong communication and human-centered design skills
Secret clearance required
Preferred
8570 certification: IAT Level II preferred
