Sixth Element Homes is seeking an experienced SharePoint Administrator to design, manage, and optimize their SharePoint Online environment. This role involves working closely with various teams to ensure SharePoint supports workflows across real estate development, construction, and corporate operations.

Real Estate

Responsibilities

Design and manage SharePoint Online site architecture (Corporate, Departmental, Project-based)

Create and maintain document libraries, content types, metadata, and naming conventions

Implement scalable folder-less structures using metadata best practices

Configure and manage SharePoint security groups and permissions

Implement role-based access for employees, contractors, and project teams

Enforce governance standards, retention policies, and compliance controls

Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and Outlook

Support collaboration workflows across Teams channels and SharePoint sites

Assist with user access, group management, and lifecycle controls

Audit existing SharePoint sites and clean up legacy structures

Improve performance, usability, and search experience

Document standards, SOPs, and admin best practices

Provide admin-level support for internal teams

Troubleshoot permissions, sync, and access issues

Assist with onboarding new users, projects, and entities

Required

5+ years of hands-on SharePoint Online administration

Strong experience with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams)

Experience designing scalable site and metadata architectures

Comfortable working independently in a contract environment

Preferred

Experience supporting real estate, construction, or project-based organizations

Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), security groups, and access policies

Experience documenting SOPs and governance frameworks

Experience working with fast-growing or multi-entity organizations
