Responsibilities
Support the execution and coordination of end-to-end supply chain operations across Sourcing, Planning, Procurement, Logistics, and Manufacturing
Manage daily operational processes to ensure on-time production, shipment, and delivery performance
Supply Chain liaison to the business support S&OE supply/demand match efforts
Manager key supply chain reporting including WIP, production attainment, and supply tracking reports, revenue, and Power BI, KPI dashboards
Collaborate with cross-functional partner to ensure SCO is delivering on key priorities, identify risks, mitigating impact to customer orders, fill rates, and OTIF metrics
Monitor and communicate critical delivery issues of production to the front end of the business
Track performance metrics and developing reporting and analysis for leadership and business partners
Develop and support process improvements and program management direction that drive efficiency, consistency, and operational discipline across the Product Supply org and cross-functional partners and profitability for the company
Support the execution of key corporate initiatives and supply chain programs to enhance agility and performance
Contribute to documentation, SOPs, and governance tools that support standardization and best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, Operations, Supply Chain Management, or related field, or equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree
Minimum of 5 years of supply chain management experience; with apparel manufacturing experience preferred
Able to represent Carhartt professionally in interactions with outside domestic and international companies
Proficient with Outlook, Excel, Word, SAP, Supply Chain Planning tools, PowerPoint, Power BI
