Required
Minimum 2 years of mortgage recruiting experience (sales recruiting required)
Former mortgage sales leaders with team-building experience are encouraged to apply
Strong understanding of origination, branch structures, and compensation models
Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills
Self-motivated, resourceful, and confident working remotely
