Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and optimize high-performing campaigns across Amazon’s advertising ecosystem (Sponsored Product, Sponsored Brand, and Sponsored Display)
Develop, monitor, and refine KPIs and budgets to ensure every dollar drives measurable results
Audit and analyze campaign history to uncover key performance trends and opportunities for scale
Maintain hands-on control of budgets, ensuring efficient spending and maximum ROI
Present insightful performance reports to clients and leadership, connecting metrics to meaningful outcomes
Partner with Account Managers to align PPC strategies with broader client goals
Stay ahead of Amazon’s latest advertising innovations and translate trends into actionable tactics
Qualification
Required
Advanced English fluency (C1-C2) with exceptional communication and presentation skills
1–3 years of demonstrated experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns
Strong grasp of metrics like CPC, impressions, ACOS, and conversion rate and how they work together to drive profitability
Proven success implementing PPC strategies that boost efficiency and deliver tangible business results
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Energized by working across a diverse portfolio of brands and industries
A proactive team player who thrives in fast-paced, ever-evolving environments
Expert-level Excel abilities (vlookup, pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis)
