Responsibilities
Execute product configuration changes, parameter adjustments, and feature toggles across our customer base based on specifications and customer requests
Proactively monitor and optimize product configurations to ensure each customer gets the best experience for their unique use cases
Engage with customers to gather insights and requirements, inform product configuration decisions, and implement those configurations in our system
Collaborate with team to streamline configuration processes and identify areas for automation
Document configuration changes, create playbooks, and maintain detailed records of customer-specific setups
Troubleshoot configuration-related issues quickly and escalate complex problems to APMs and FDEs
Maintain internal tools and dashboards to track configuration status across customers
Conduct quality assurance testing on configuration changes before deployment
Qualification
Required
1-3 years of experience in a technical role (solutions engineering, data analysis, product operations, or technical support)
Technical proficiency with APIs, databases, and configuration management tools
Strong analytical skills with experience in Python, SQL and tools like Retool and PostHog
Excited about AI/ML products and B2B SaaS operations
Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and documentation skills
Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
Preferred
Background in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field
Experience at an early-stage startup
Experience with B2B SaaS products or customer-facing technical roles
Familiarity with GTM tools (Salesforce, Outreach, etc.) or product analytics platforms
