Responsibilities
Lead and manage full project lifecycle for retail and e-commerce technology initiatives
Work collaboratively with product owners, engineering teams, QA, vendors, and business stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria
Apply and champion Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) to drive project execution and delivery
Facilitate key Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Identify and mitigate project risks, manage dependencies, and resolve issues proactively
Monitor project health using project management tools and ensure alignment with business outcomes
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing clear updates, timelines, and progress reports
Promote a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and accountability within project teams
Qualification
Required
Deep understanding of Agile development practices and experience managing Agile teams
Technical knowledge and experience with custom apps such as AWS, Java, Spring Boot etc
Hands-on experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, MS Project, or similar
Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong problem-solving skills and business acumen
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Experience working with geographically dispersed teams and technology vendors
Robust Analytical Skills for decision-making and risk mitigation
Experience in technology consulting or digital transformation initiatives
Preferred
Knowledge of retail technology ecosystems including POS, OMS, eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Magento) is a plus
Professional certifications such as CSM, PMI-ACP, or PMP
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and digital commerce solutions
