Growth Specialist
DevSignal is an AI talent placement company connecting vetted engineers with leading US-based AI companies and labs. The Growth Specialist will drive expansion across the talent placement business and new product lines, focusing on outbound sales, partnership development, and go-to-market strategy.
Responsibilities
Execute outbound sales campaigns targeting AI companies, labs, and enterprises needing specialized technical talent
Develop and test messaging for different client segments and new product offerings
Build partnerships with potential distribution channels and strategic accounts
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for enterprise deals
Create and optimize LinkedIn outreach sequences and email campaigns
Collaborate with the Founders on market research and competitive analysis for new business lines
Qualification
Required
Proven track record in B2B sales or business development, preferably in tech services or SaaS
Experience with outbound prospection and comfortable working LinkedIn, email, and other channels independently
Strong writing skills for crafting compelling outreach and positioning
Self-starter who thrives in a lean, fast-moving environment with minimal oversight
Interest in building processes and systems, not just executing them
Preferred
Understanding of technical hiring or AI/ML industry is a plus but not required
