Maintenance Repairman 2 Woodshop - Region 2 - (Harrisburg Area)
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is seeking a Maintenance Repairman 2 to work in facilities infrastructure and maintenance. The role involves skilled work in various trades to prepare, repair, and maintain infrastructure, including the design and construction of custom furniture and related items.

Responsibilities
Perform skilled work in a variety of trades in order to prepare, repair, and maintain assigned region, of the Bureau of Store Infrastructure Development
Design and subsequent construction and finishing of a variety of custom furniture, cabinets, display cases, product shelving, and related items for use in stores or in various offices throughout the agency
Work independently as well as assist other workers within the PLCB
Work individually on the entire project or work as a team on small and large projects
Qualification
Required
Two years of experience as a Maintenance Repairman 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
Four years of experience in building and plant maintenance work, which has involved at least two of the building, electrical, or mechanical trades; or
Any equivalent combination of experience and training that affords the applicant with the Required Knowledges, Skills, and Abilities
You must possess a valid Pennsylvania Class C Driver's License
You must meet the PA residency requirement
You must be able to perform essential job functions
You must pass a background investigation. An applicant with a felony conviction within the last ten years of their prospective date of employment is not permitted to work for the PLCB, per section 210(c) of the Pennsylvania Liquor Code. Other criminal convictions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
