Providing a variety of administrative support functions to assure maximum clerical efficiency for the Bureau of Safe Drinking Water
General clerical support duties for the Bureau
Assigned duties specific to the Operator Certification Program
Maintains the established clerical policies and procedures including prioritizing the work given to this position
Interpreting information
Aiding on work assignments to ensure that operational requirements, quality, timeliness, workload and adherence to standards are met
Provides clerical support as needed to technical assistance efforts within the Training, Technical, and Financial services division
Qualification
Required
Six months as a Clerical Assistant 1 (commonwealth title); or
Graduation from high school; or
An equivalent combination of experience and training
You must meet the PA residency requirement
You must be able to perform essential job functions
