The Hub Pickleball is a vibrant pickleball community that offers various programs for players of all levels. They are seeking friendly and reliable Front Desk Team Members to manage daily check-ins, assist with reservations, and support smooth club operations.
Sports
Responsibilities
Greet members and guests warmly and professionally
Check in players for open play, leagues, clinics, and events
Manage court reservations, schedules, and waitlists
Answer phones, emails, and in-person inquiries regarding memberships, programming, and policies
Process payments, memberships, and retail purchases accurately
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
Communicate club policies clearly and courteously
Assist with event check-ins and special programming as needed
Coordinate with court monitors, coaches, and management to ensure smooth daily operations
Sell memberships, programming and pro shop items
Qualification
Required
Friendly, outgoing, and customer-service focused
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable using computers, POS systems, and scheduling software
Ability to sell products
Able to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
Preferred
Availability for evenings and weekends preferred
Interest in pickleball or sports hospitality is a plus (but not required)
