Responsibilities

Originate and close strategic accounts (AM Law / large enterprise) and partner-sourced deals
Navigate multi-stakeholder sales (innovation, practice chairs, procurement, IT/security)
Build repeatable enterprise discovery, business cases/ROIs, and multi-year deal structures
Manage RFPs and redlines
Forecast with precision, keeping a clean pipeline and crisp close plans
Scale to coach as we expand our sales team

Qualification

Required

Are a self-starter, innately curious and always evolving
Have 5+ years closing complex B2B deals, ideally in legaltech or adjacent workflow SaaS
Have proven wins at $250k–$1M+ ACV clients
Are comfortable running full SDR→AE cycle (outbound, events, referrals) with founder collaboration on late stage
Have excellent commercial sense (pricing, terms, multi-year, expansion paths)

Legal industry network (AM Law firms, litigation support vendors)
Security/IT review experience (SOC2, HIPAA-adjacent customer asks)
