Collaborate with AI development teams to integrate real-world real estate expertise into AI training workflows
Review, annotate, and improve property listings and related legal documentation to enhance AI understanding
Advise on buyer and seller representation, property matching, and transaction processes within AI training modules
Share best practices for effective client communication, persuasion, and negotiation strategies
Simulate real-world real estate scenarios and conversational interactions to support AI learning
Validate the relevance, accuracy, and practicality of AI-generated real estate content
Participate in feedback cycles to ensure AI outputs align with authentic real estate workflows
Qualification
Required
Active real estate sales agent license
Strong professional background in residential or commercial real estate transactions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to analyze property listings, conduct client consultations, and support transaction negotiations
Familiarity with reviewing contracts, disclosures, and sales documentation
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities in a remote environment
Comfort working with technology and contributing to AI-driven initiatives
Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting
Preferred
Experience serving as a subject matter expert or trainer in real estate or technology-related projects
Familiarity with AI training, data annotation, or machine learning workflows
Bilingual or multilingual communication skills
