Own and grow strategic accounts in the Healthcare & life science vertical
Build and maintain deep relationships with key client stakeholders (engineering, procurement, product, and executive levels)
Identify cross-sell, upsell, and solution expansion opportunities aligned with client roadmaps
Collaborate with internal solution architects, delivery teams, and product managers to craft tailored solutions
Drive account planning, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and long-term growth strategies
Track market trends, customer challenges, and competitive landscape to stay ahead of opportunities
Ensure high client satisfaction and long-term engagement through proactive support and communication
Qualification
Required
Dynamic and experienced in business development within the Healthcare & Lifescience sector
Proven track record in account farming and driving revenue growth
Ability to nurture client relationships and uncover new opportunities within established accounts
Experience in building and maintaining relationships with key client stakeholders at various levels
Strong skills in identifying cross-sell, upsell, and solution expansion opportunities
Experience collaborating with internal teams to craft tailored solutions
