Qualification
Required

BPM Certification or Six Sigma equivalent
Preferred
4 years of experience in Process Design and Management
Six Sigma Certification
1 year of exposure to digital marketing or user-facing web technologies
1 year of programming experience or exposure to query languages (not essential but beneficial)
3 years of experience with Guite
Experience with Jira or Confluence
