Responsibilities
Responsible for transactional processing which include being accountable for duties in agency human resources programs, policies, and procedures related to recruitment and selection, classification, salary analysis, benefits, appointments, performance evaluations, and ensure that work is done in compliance with federal and state laws
Qualification
Required
Knowledge of Human Resources administration
Excellent communication skills essential to coordinating daily HR functions
The ability to adapt quickly, be courteous, and maintain strict confidentiality
Working knowledge of MAGIC-EC/SPAHRS and KRONOS
Excellent computer skills, and efficient use of MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Preferred
Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree and 3-5 years of experience
Agency Preferred Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree and 3-5 years of experience
Working knowledge and experience utilizing MAGIC (SUCCESS FACTORS), SPAHRS, and KRONOS timekeeping preferred
