Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Product Design, Manufacturing, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
5+ years of experience in product development or supplier-facing roles within consumer electronics or accessories
Proven experience managing suppliers across multiple development cycles, including tooling, PCBA, assembly, and component sourcing
Strong understanding of consumer electronics development workflows, with the ability to evaluate technical solutions, identify risks, and make informed trade-off decisions
Familiarity with mechanical design principles, DFM, quality assurance, and production ramp-up
Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and proficient in English (written and spoken)
Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable owning multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills
Able to work independently, drive execution, and manage complexity in a fast-paced environment
Willing to travel frequently within China and occasionally to Southeast Asia
Preferred
Experience with hubs, adapters, keyboards, or similar consumer electronics accessories
